Q: Are all your pendants and jewellery handmade?
A: Yes! Every piece is handcrafted by Lesley with care, intention, and reiki energy. Each pendant is one-of-a-kind, so you’ll always receive something truly unique.
Q: Can I request a custom pendant or have my own crystal wire-wrapped?
A: Absolutely. I love creating custom pieces! You can send your own crystal for a bespoke pendant, or request a custom design using stones and metals of your choice. Just get in touch via the contact page or email hello@lolabellecrystaljewellery.com.
Q: What metals do you use?
A: I work with silver-filled, copper, oxidised copper, silver-plated, gold-plated copper, rose gold, and sterling silver. You can choose your preferred metal when available.

​Add-Ons & Upgrades

Q: Can I upgrade my chain or add extras to my order?
A: Yes! You can personalise your pendant by choosing your preferred chain and adding extras like a Crystal Care Kit, Echoes & Energy Cards, or gift wrapping—all available as easy add-ons at checkout.
Q: What’s included in the Crystal Care Kit?
A: Each kit includes your choice of sage smudge stick or Palo Santo stick, a jewellery polishing cloth, a selenite wand, care instructions, and a special organza bag or gift wrapping.

​Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, I offer free UK Tracked 48-hour shipping on all orders.
Q: How quickly will my order arrive?
A: Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched the same day (within 2 business days at busy times) with Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery in the UK. Custom orders take up to 10 working days to create before shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I currently ship to the UK, Europe & Ireland, USA, Australia and New Zealand via Royal Mail Tracked services.

• USA – customs fees are already included in the shipping cost (no extra charges on arrival).

• Europe & Ireland – import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Australia & New Zealand – parcels under AUD/NZD $1,000 are exempt from duties, so most arrive without extra charges.

​Payment & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay securely by credit/debit card, PayPal, or Stripe. For orders between £30 and £2,000, you can also use PayPal’s Pay in 3 for interest-free instalments.
The credit/debit card facility on the website is securely operated by Stripe, a trusted and GDPR-compliant payment provider.

​Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because every Lolabelle pendant is one-of-a-kind and handmade, I don’t accept returns or refunds. If your piece arrives damaged, please email me at hello@lolabellecrystaljewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging. I’ll personally work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue so you can enjoy your Lolabelle piece with confidence.

​Gift Orders

Q: Can I send a pendant as a gift?
A: Of course! Every order comes beautifully packaged, and you can add gift wrapping or a personalised message at checkout. If you’d like the pricing removed from the packaging, just let me know in the order notes and I’ll make sure your gift arrives ready to delight.

​Other

Q: How do I care for my pendant?
A: Each order includes a crystal care card, and you can add a full Crystal Care Kit for extra support. In general, avoid water, harsh chemicals, and store your piece in the box provided.
