Lolabelle Terms of Business

Welcome to the official Terms of Business for Lolabelle Crystal Jewellery. Here you'll find everything you need to know about ordering, payment methods, custom pendants, shipping, reservations, and returns. This page is designed to offer clarity and transparency while reflecting the care and intention behind every handcrafted piece.
 

Lolabelle Terms of Business

This is where magic meets integrity.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

  • Payments are securely processed via card, PayPal, or Pay in 3 (where available via PayPal). Stripe is also available for secure online payments.

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may extend to within 2 business days.

2. Holds & Reservations

Crystals speak to people — and sometimes, you need a moment to decide.

  • I’m happy to reserve a pendant or stone for up to 7 days.

  • If more time is needed, please message me — a non-refundable deposit may be required for extended holds.

  • Unconfirmed or unpaid reserves after 7 days will be released back into the collection.

3. Custom & Commissioned Work

  • Custom wraps are accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on time, materials, and energetic alignment.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work.

  • Typical completion time is 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

  • All custom orders are final and non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Returns

Every Lolabelle piece is one-of-a-kind, crafted with heart and purpose. As such, I do not accept returns or issue refunds unless a piece arrives damaged in transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  • The item must be returned for assessment and, if possible, will be repaired or replaced.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

  • Custom pieces and sale items are final and non-refundable.

5. Shipping

  • I currently ship to the UK, Europe & Ireland, USA, Australia and New Zealand via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Customs:

    • USA – customs fees are already included in your shipping cost (no extra charges on arrival).

    • Europe & Ireland – import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • Australia & New Zealand – parcels under AUD/NZD $1,000 are exempt from duties, so most arrive without extra charges.

  • Shipping times vary:

    • UK: 2–3 business days

    • Europe: 3–5 business days

    • USA / AUS / NZ: 6–7 business days

  • All pieces are wrapped with love, intention, and care, and cleansed before dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be sent automatically upon dispatch via the Lolabelle website.

  • At this time, Lolabelle does not ship outside the UK, Europe & Ireland, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

Lolabelle is not a factory — it’s a sanctuary. Every pendant is ethically sourced, intuitively wrapped, and created as a personal talisman, not a mass-produced item.
