SHIPPING INFO

Lolabelle Crystal Jewellery is handcrafted in England and lovingly shipped worldwide. Every pendant is gift-ready and sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, with fast dispatch to the UK, Europe & Ireland, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

Every Lolabelle pendant is lovingly packaged in its own gift box, then carefully wrapped and posted with tracking so it reaches you safe and sound. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.
I aim to dispatch all items the same day as ordering. During busy periods, dispatch may extend to within 2 business days. Upon dispatch, you will receive your tracking details directly via the Lolabelle website.

United Kingdom

  • Tracked 48: FREE

  • Delivery aim: 2–3 business days

  • All UK orders include full tracking and compensation up to £150.


Europe & Ireland

  • International Tracked (Small Parcel up to 500g): £14.25

  • Delivery aim: 3–5 business days

  • Customs/import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.


United States

  • International Tracked (Small Parcel up to 500g): £21.95

  • Delivery aim: 6–7 business days

  • Customs fees are included within this shipping cost — This fee has been built into the shipping cost so there are no surprise charges upon arrival

  • All parcels are tracked and include compensation up to £50.


Australia & New Zealand

  • International Tracked (Small Parcel up to 500g): £16.95

  • Delivery aim: 6–7 business days

  • Orders under AUD $1,000 / NZD $1,000 are exempt from duties, so most parcels arrive with no extra charges.


Notes

  • Tracking details are sent automatically upon dispatch via the Lolabelle website.

  • Larger/heavier orders (multiple pendants) may move into the 1kg bracket, with costs adjusted at checkout.

  • Please allow extra time for customs processing, especially during busy periods.

Additional Information

  • Returns: Every Lolabelle piece is one-of-a-kind, crafted with heart and purpose. As such, I do not accept returns or issue refunds unless a piece arrives damaged in transit.
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. The item must be returned for assessment and, if possible, will be repaired or replaced. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty. Custom pieces and sale items are final and non-refundable.

  • Lost Parcels: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch so I can help track it down. All international tracked shipments include compensation cover up to £50 (UK up to £150).

  • Multiple Items: Two or more pendants may increase the parcel weight and shipping cost. The correct rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Gift-Ready Packaging: Every pendant is shipped in a Lolabelle gift box, ready to be treasured. All pendants are wrapped in branded paper and packaged with love and care. 

  • Delays: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local postal delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.
