As such, I do not accept returns or issue refunds unless a piece arrives damaged in transit.If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. The item must be returned for assessment and, if possible, will be repaired or replaced. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
